Weight Loss

weight loss specialist, fat loss, psychotherapist southend on sea

In today’s modern world, there is a lot of pressure on our image and the need to be slim, which can sometimes make us feel ugly, lazy, unfit, down, depressed, unattractive...the list goes on, but...weight gain is not necessarily always about eating too much…

It can sometimes be down to a lack of exercise but also down to emotional issues that lay deep in our subconscious mind. Along with food intolerances, sensitivities, allergies and being deficient in certain vitamins and minerals.

Stress has a massive impact on our nervous system. When that begins to feel the strain then other areas of our body will suffer, including our mood.

High stress levels are often a major problem due to the demands made on us and the healthiest way to lose weight is neither crash diets or infrequent exercise. The body likes slow changes in terms of food and exercise.

Many of my clients come to me to lose weight and find that there was some problem that was stuck, or a deep emotional need that needed resolving before weight loss.

My unique weight loss programme targets how your body is functioning and looks at mind related areas that might be getting in the way of your success.

Whether it be chocolate cravings, snacking, comfort eating, sneaky midnight feasts, boredom, or not having a clue why you just can’t shed that weight…I can help.

Give me a call today and let’s chat on 07971 823033.

My relaxed approach and sense of humour often has my clients feeling at ease straight away…and when that happens, magic happens and puts you back in control. And that always feels good!

Many people put off visiting a therapist although any fears they may have are groundless.
